You have the option of booking a Pre-Session Consult over the phone. They are not required, but sometimes it makes people feel more comfortable and prepared for their session! This is about a 30-minute phone call, zoom conference or in person meeting where you get my one-on-one assistance on planning for your session and to get all of your questions answered. Please make sure you go over and read through all of the emails we have sent you thus far, and write down any questions you may have!
